Okay, a lot busier this time. Let's see, starting with the serious stuff, still pursuing that job and in fact had a lunch with the hiring manager (again), had a couple of conversations with my mentor and have been preparing for a panel interview this Thursday. For some social / marketing reasons (and $$$), I wrote an article that was published on LinkedIn. Regarding the housing situation, Hunter & I moved to a new temphouse in San Jose and I've been loving the warm weather. I/we have been going for long walks! Still working with realtors on selling both places. Took out more automation from Mercato and finally cut the cord with my landline. I've had the same phone number for more than 30 years! On the fun front, hung out with Patrick at his home / shop. Bought a new Nintendo Switch to get my Mario Kart fix and watch Hunter play real video games a couple of times a week as usual. Been to the gym with Hunter several times, while getting either BBQ or Chipotle afterward. In terms of more serious fare, we ate at Din Tai Fung last night (not that fancy) and last weekend at Regalitos after having drinks at Curio. Saw Mr. Olympia on Friday and Saturday nights. And to top it all off, continue to play with Raspberry Pi and making things!

Not the most positive of weeks: Oil prices up, markets continue to be down / mixed (although not hugely volatile). UAW does national strike. MoviePass shuts down. Hmmm.

Looks like Google is in the cross-hairs of 48 states' attorneys-general over anti-trust violations. As a ardent capitalist (and shareholder), I have mixed feeling of whether they are being unfair by being successful. Decide for yourself.
